Neurotransmitters work in a cycle. If a drug works for one then one should feel really lucky to have finally achieved a proper neurotransmitter balance. If it did affect your memory and stuff maybe lower the dose?
I have to agree through, dopaminergic + anticholinergic could be rather problematic.
