im talking from experience too. when i 1st purchased thinkrightnow in 2005 i tried listening only when i slept cos i found it hard and inconvenient to listen for an hour everyday. i listened for 4 weeks and nothing happen
in 2006 i listen for an hour everyday (and didnt listen at all whilst i slept ) and i seenm results from day 1

mike brescia is the man to listen to not his employess, maybe theyve made a bit of a mistake

however listening while sleeping cant damage you. I can remember that mike brescia says also that listening every night while sleeping is very good along with concious listening 2-4 times a week.
and the mind ist still awake 90 Percent in the sleep time.
everybody has to find their way to listen. Dont think that you are the "known them all" who is the exact expert. Many TRN customers use them at night and have great benefits, check out their website and stories.
