Little Sleep = Less Anxious?
Hey guys. This is kind of weird but there have been a few times in the last few months where I've only had 3 or 4 hours of sleep and then had to get up and run to a lecture. I only had time to quickly dress, put on my glasses (weaker prescription than my contacts), throw on a hat and grab a snack. I figured I'd feel anxious but once I arrived in class I felt quite cozy. Maybe since I was tired I wasn't alert enough to really care what others were thinking?
Not something I plan to do all the time, this losing sleep lol. But it was nice to arrive in class and actuallly be able to get up and go to the bathroom without feeling like everyone would stare at me when I stood up to leave.
Any thoughts on why I am often less anxious after little sleep?
