Its what appeared when Effexor XR's patent is nearing its end. Its basically like Celexa(Effexor XR) is to Lexapro(Pristiq). A pharmaceuticals way of being lazy instead of creating a new drug.
Personally I like a drug that rhymes with Pristiq, "Actiq"
