thinkrightnow is cbt its just an extremely faster and more successful and effortless way of applying it.
combining meds with cbt absolutely baffles me. any cbt therapist will tell you that your thoughts is the root cause of the problem and thats what cbt is for - changing your thoughts. they they offer meds too which masks the problem and doesnt deal with the root.
