I think my old profile was Phoenix87...

I've been on a 6 month hiatus from this site as I began taking medication for the first time to combat my anxiety and depression.

I am now making strides in building up my social and intellectual life, and have learned some of the secrets to winning over anxiety. Much of which has been posted on this forum, many, many times before... Can't hurt to reinforce however...
