it didnt work for me... i took 50mg
try more like 150-250mg. and dont be expecting a sedating effect. to really see it work its best, go into a social situation that would normally make u anxious. they try interacting as normal. u should notice less physical symptoms of anxiety.
like for me, its group therapy. and i can see how it works there. but still only 3/5 stars, cus ur mind may still be running rampant. it doesnt stop that.
