Yeah exactly , if they label anyone as the "quiet person/the guy that never talk" i can tell you it would be much harder to run away from that zone , usually thats why the first impression is so important , cause if your first imp is good then they usually add the information about you to the first imp in their mind , they often keep the first locked and untouched
you know its so similar to the "friend zone" when some guys try to avoid it but once they are in there is absolutely No Way Out...
